Arizona View Investment Properties conducts a series of workshops to cultivate a sense of leadership within its communities. We teach effective means of fostering civic awareness, community pride and leadership skills.

Through our own trained instructors and guest speakers, participants learn a variety of skills that not only improve their community activism but also carry over into their personal and professional lives.

The HOA is your community leaders. They are elected by you and need your help. Good ones want to know your opinions and what you would like to see done. Help out, get involved. The board of directors of your HOA are not corporate untouchables, they are your neighbors, volunteers, people that have the same invested stake in this community as you. Participate!
